A Goodnight Kiss

Ingredients:
4 oz Champagne
1 splash Campari
1 cube Sugar
1 drop Angostura bitters

Preparation:
Put one drop of Angostura Bitter on sugar cube and drop in flute. Add champagne and splash of Campari. Makes one drink.    

Chocolate Kiss

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce Creme de Cacao
1/2 ounce Frangelico liqueur
1/2 ounce vodka
6 ounces vanilla ice cream

Preparation:
Combine liquor with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, blend with ice and garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Makes one drink.

Affinity

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Scotch
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. dry vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation:
In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Makes one drink.    

Cranberry Kiss

Ingredients:
3/4 oz. spiced rum
1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
2 oz. collins mix
2 oz. cranberry juice

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime or a red orange. Makes one drink.

Arise My Love

Ingredients:
champagne, chilled
1 teaspoon green creme de menthe

Preparation:
Put creme de menthe into a champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne and serve. Makes one drink.    

Crimson Sunset

Ingredients:
2 oz. gin
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grenadine
1/2 oz. tawny port  

Preparation:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop the grenadine into the center of the drink and float the port on the top. Makes one drink.

Bellini Cocktail

Ingredients:
1 each peach, peeled, pitted
2 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
1/8 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, to taste
1/2 cup Champagne, to taste

Preparation:
Combine peach, water, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Process to a puree then add lemon juice to taste and blend again. Place 1-1/2 tablespoons into each of the four champagne flutes. Then fill each with champagne and stir. Makes four drinks.    

French Kiss

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1 lemon twist  

Preparation:
Pour the sweet vermouth and dry vermouth into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with the lemon twist. Makes one drink.

Between The Sheets

Ingredients:
1 oz. brandy
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. ounce Cointreau or triple sec
1 oz. lemon juice

Preparation:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Makes one drink.   

Once-Upon-A-Time

Ingredients:
Crushed ice
1 1/2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. apricot brandy
1/2 oz. Lillet  

Preparation:
In a mixing glass half-filled with crushed ice, combine all of the ingredients. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Makes one drink.
